if a guy friend calls u fatty or beast or fat is he saying the truth?

Well, even if it's true, it's just a mean way to say it. Any guy that talks to you like that doesn't have any self-respect and doesn't deserve any of yours. As for whether it's true or not, ask a couple of your girl-friends, the ones you really trust. Ask them, what do they think about your shape? What do they think your good points are and what are areas for improvement? You'll notice if any of their advice repeats itself.

I find that this usually means that he likes you or wants a rise out of you, depending on his maturity level.
