My ex boyfriend of two years keeps calling and texting me (about every 2 weeks) saying he misses me and such. He says we will get back together when I am done with college and that we are both living seperate lives right now (he is seven years older and lives 2 hours away). Does he really mean this if he keeps calling and checkin in on me? It's been two years and he keeps in touch. ShouId I beleive him? I know he goes out with other girls in the meantime. I still love him but hold myself back. GUYS:would you keep in contact with your ex every two weeks for two years if you didn't still love her?

Define exactly what "ex" means. He doesn't want you to date anyone else and does this by keeping you on a short leash: calls you every couple of weeks, gives you hope, leads you on, and basically makes it emotionally impossible for you to reach out to another guy. However, he doesn't respect you because he dates other women, still looking for Ms. Right. Get on with your life, hon. Date, have fun, enjoy these years!

He does adore u but u have to understand tht its a hell of a time to waite so ofcourse he will see other girls but none of them so far compare to u so thts a beautiful complement. Have u ever talked about dating again. Or moving closer to one another. Maybe if u still love him suggest for him to move closer to u so u can date and see where it goes from there. otherwise move on or be patient and waite for him but whilst doing so are u sure he wont fall inlove with another??
