Yes cause giving your number to someone doesn't mean you want something to happen, now it could lead to that but yeah if I felt comfortable talking to this person then I would.

Sounds like this to people know each other to talking public, then I would say yes. If you talk any other time, then you should talk in the comfort of your own home.
