Could be calcium or lime in the drinking water. Is it from the tap? Could it be something contained in the ice? Could it be coming from the glass? You can buy a distiller and distill the water (takes 5 hours for 1 gallon). You'd be amazed at what is left behind in the distiller once the water is distilled and in another container.

I hate to tell you this-
But I guess I will -
In the bottom of your glass-
You will probably get ill-
But at least you will know-
So it wont happen again-
Cause it was overlooked-
You will not grin-
Okay here it is-
I tell you without guilt
The white specks you see-
Are no other than Milk-
Somebody didn't do
The dishes real well
So now youve got the answer-
Go give the dishwasher hell!

It's from the tap water that was used to make the ice. If you were to use brita water for your ice cubes you won't have it.

well....if the ice is very frozen that mean it's dry ice ....it'll transform in something strange.Or if it is white that mean the water has limestone.

Wtf? Seriously? Go to the dollar store and buy a test! Peeing in a cup to see what floats and what sinks is not a test for pregnancy! Go see your dr about the white film in your urine.
