You got caught by a k-9 with 44 grams of meth in your truck. Stop blaming cops who are doing their jobs and take responsibility for your actions.

As a former member of special forces, I can give you a couple dozen tactics to deal with local corruption but I will avoid doing so in this forum. The FBI does have a unit that investigates local corruption however it was essentially put into mothballs following 9/11. You could check your State Attorney General's office but I would advise doing so anonymously. The bottom line is that the only rights you have are those you are willing to fight for. Otherwise someone can abuse them and you.

Invest in some surviellance equipment..Be it a well placed recorder, small video cam, or even a bug or bugs placed attached to recording devices.
Ive once caught a rental car guy trying to shake me down using a small voice recorder that I kept in a bag.
But anyways, work on obtaining actual evidence. Undisputable evidence you can take to the sherrif, the chief, the coucli person, or your senator. Once you get that, say goodbye to the corrput officers.
First, I would either file or have someone file for the records how they were mishandled by said police.
So that you can establish this as a pattern, and not just a one time offense should you actually get them on tape or on video,
It sucks, but sometimes you have to be more sneaky then they are.
Good luck and happy hunting

First of all, stop doing things that get you into these situations...If you think the Police have done something illegal go to the State Attorneys Office with proof. Just make sure you are in the right and not just throwing a little tantrum to get even.

Now, Now if there is evidence of this, then present it to their
superiors, if not then look at the situation, if they confiscate
something it depends what, and in some instances it is
evidence and they need it for a case, they are not thieves and
liars just because they are out there doing a job, if you have
one or two who are corrupt it may be a lot, but how can you
tell this really, without going forward....................................................
if you are telling the truth go forward make a statement, if not
maybe you just did not like being caught out, and are a little
biased because they on upped you and you got caught......................

As with any crime you need proof. Just being a witness wont do. You need pictures or video of an actual crime being commited by one of the officers.
