hey theres some girl in my math class thats really cute. i talked to her for the first time like a month ago then for the next couple o weeks i just sat and talked to my buddy next to me and his friend and didnt really pay much attention to her. then she was absent for a week and i asked where she went and she told me. i sat like 2 rows behind her then i moved my seat to the back of the classroom one day and she noticed so she told me to move up closer near her so I did so now I talk to her like every class. ive been kinda reluctant on trying to get her # cuz like who hits on girls in their college classes? any ideas on how to take an approach to a situation like this?

Sounds like you're off to a good start. Next step is to invite her to get some food or do something after class, maybe some study (!?), it can be anything where you can talk to her and get to know each other. And do it as soon as possible. Worry about the number once you've done this.

Well if you are all in the same classes, offer working in a study group together. It's a chance to get to know her a little bit outside the classroom. From there you can ask for her number to get notes from *wink* and once you all talk on a more casual social basis you could ask her out to dinner and a movie. Seems like she likes you already so don't give up! And goodluck!

Well do you like her? Do you want to get to know her? Keep doing what you're doing. She obviously really likes you and misses you when you're not around. There's nothing wrong with hitting on girls in college classes. Keep talking to her and find out what she's all about. Find things you have in common. Make her laugh. Eventually (and it shouldn't take too long) you'll both want to hang out outside of school and it'll be pretty easy to say that you'd like to. Just ask her if she'd want to go do something fun with you. I'm almost positive she'll scream yes without hesitation. My opinion is that she's totally digging you so you really don't have anything to lose. Go for it!
