Is Mjollnir an extention of the Thunder Lord? I guess that's what I'm really trying to ask.

Mjollnir is far more than just a symbol! It carries the power of Thor with it, moreover, it represents the focus of Thor's power, the thunderbolt before which nothing can stand. As a ritual device, it offers Thor's power as a force for the protection of everything a good heathen held dear; hallowing births, marriages, and deaths; binding oaths, securing property, and consecrating land. As a weapon, Mjollnir defends the world of men and the community from the forces of darkness and chaos which ever threatens to overwhelm . As a tool, the hammer gave Thor's power to tame the elements. When Christianity came to Scandinavia, Thor stood for the maintenance of the old ways in the face of Christian oppression. That's why it has always been a popular symbol worn by Heathens.

You also have to keep in mind, the Norse were fond of giving a name to everything, including tools. Kind of like how you might name your car.

Only Thor could weild it. Many societies feel their weapons are more than just a tool. The samurai's sword was their soul. I'm sure Thor would be just as naked without his beloved hammer.

Mjolnir is a representation of the Thunder and Lightning that Thor has reign over. The striking of the hammer represents the ability of the god to send those, as well as the storms that accompany them to anywhere he wishes.

It is just a magical weapon, created for Thor by the Dwarves. It is a powerful weapon, therefore Thor is more powerful when it is in his possession.

Thaw this.

Are the following FACTS?

Qur’an 8:60 “Infidels should not think that they can get away from us. Prepare against them whatever arms and weaponry you can muster so that you may terrorize them.”
Bukhari:V4B52N260 “The Prophet said, ‘If a Muslim discards his religion, kill him!’”
Qur’an 5:51 “Believers, take not Jews and Christians for your friends.”
Bukhari [4:52:177]: Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him!"

If they're not, then it must mean that both the q'uran and hadeeths are books of FICTION.
