Hard work, bad posture, lack of exercise, spine problem, problem in lung, heart, liver, kidney, stomach and intestines, acidity, excess of coldness energy in body, excess of sex can cause back pain. None of them gets settled with medicines; therefore there is no medicine for back ache. Only Alternate Systems of Medicines treat them.

There's a ton of answers to this. I had it from scoliosis. Others have it from lifting, old age, thin bones [osteoporosis], slipped disk, pure hurting. It's hard to put just a definite point to it without other symptoms. Sorry

in many cases it is due to weak lower back muscles... do some hyperextensions and deadlifts and that could help, but be careful not to hurt yourself more! also, if you do a lot of ab work and no lower back work this could create an imbalance and lead to lower back injury
