You only need one thing to get into heaven, the blood of Christ and that's it. Church is just a place to worship and grow deeper in your faith, it can also be the door way to accepting and believing. Some would never get to heaven without church but all will never get to heaven without Christ. That being said, find a church you are comfortable with that has a sound doctrine and attend you will see a difference in your life.

If you believe everything the church(whatever church you are a part of) tells you then yes. But, if on the other hand you have a brain and can see past the money grabbing, dominating culture of every church I've ever heard of then you don't need to be a member of any church to go to Heaven. Organised religion always had a main goal to gather wealth. Look at the catholic church for example, they claim to do God's work, yet the have gathered such wealth and Own so much property that they could easily feed the worlds starving if they wanted to. Don't believe everything the church tells you because they will lie to you to sepperate you from your money.

All you have to do to get into heaven is to obey God's commandments. Typically, church is where you learn what the commandments are. One of the best scriptures in the entire Bible is James 1:3-6. "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed." Can you get a better promise?
Basically, if you have a question or are having a hard time, trust Him. Literally get on your knees and just ask him a question. Don't let people tell you what you should be doing, ask God what you should be doing. I know it sounds weird...but he'll answer, you just have to know how to listen.
Here's another good one...Proverbs 3:5-7. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct they paths.

It's better if you go to church because it will be harder for you to fall in that situation if pple of God hold you up....In the bible says that church does not save you Jesus does if you beleive in him John 3:16 but if want to come to God with empty hands then thats sad..it's up to you...if you go to church the Prohecys and teachings help your inner man Grow the spirit....so that you would not fall...ok be blessed...

I personally do not believe this. God will take your worship from anywhere and there are many religions and different churches. I believe he is with us everywhere and anywhere and hears our prayers even out of church. If people do not believe this then why do we kneel beside our beds to pray?

Going to church that preaches the truth - the meaning of the truth as God intended (not being twisted or distorted to suit or satisfy one's own liking) is one of God's commands for His people; to learn His word and know what His will is - to grow in the knowledge and wisdom of His word. He speaks to us through His word and guides us through His word. We are also commanded by God to give praise unto His name as well as hearing His word being read and proclaimed to us.
Psalm 107:32 - Let them exalt him also in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders.

no, church isnt a way to heaven...the only way to heaven is if you ask Jesus into your heart and ask him to 4giv ur sins...he doesnt say you have to go to church...we GET to go to church to learn about him and how to love him more..You can believe and not go to church but its something ppl Like to do...you learn alot..i encourage you to pray about it and just talk to god like ur talking to a friend...Read psalm 51

goin' to church won't buy you any ticket to heaven. it's all in your actions. live good, do good and probably when you die you have earned your ticket to heaven...=)
