I presume that you have been taught already English Grammar in school. If you have a book, review. After that all you need is is how to expand your vocabulary. To do this, read everyday any sensible reading matter that you can lay your eyes on - newspapers, novels, how-to-do-it books, etc.
Write down the words which you don't understand. Also write down the sentence or phrase so you have an idea of how they are used. Consult at once the dictionary.Of course, you should have a dictionary and a notebook by your side.
Review your notes every now and then. Before you know it, you are well-versed in English.
