How do you still want to spend your whole life with one person when you're in love with somebody else? You're just fooling yourself, wasting your partners' time and all of you would get hurt some time.

Stop Being Selfish, How Could One Human being Be So selfish, Not Only Are You Saying You Love your Partner, Who for The Most Part Must Love You, But Someone else As Well.
Ask yourself how You Would Feel, If You Were Loved But Not Enough To Spend The Rest Of *His* Life With.
Either Fully Commit Yourself To Your Partner Or Seperate. Dont Use him Because At The Moment Thats what your Doing. Using Him To fill A Void.
