No. The primary distinction is that VA would be medical records of military/veterans and military records can include veterans who never required assistance by the VA. I am a former army officer and have a military record but do not have a VA record.

no military and veterans are different, veterans is for medical help when you get out of the military, and for training to go to school or buy a home. The now have their own cabinet in the house now. The militry is where you served, ir force, Army Marines Navy and so on.
