They are all great clubs, you have to hit them to see which one works best for you. The best thing to do is to try several to make sure you get the right shaft and loft. I suggest going to company demo days and try them all. When you find the one you can't live without get it. You can find local demo days in your area on the company websites

I am around the same handicap as you. I just recently bought the Burner because of the great name Taylormade has for their drivers, and I have a slow swing so I thought the lightweight shaft would help speed it up. Well it did, the light shaft helped me make a fuller backswing and made it easier for me to turn my wrists over to close the clubface - I have complete control over this club. After a week or so, my slice was gone, and I am driving the ball right down the middle. The best part is that I gained 30 yards with this club. I love the clubhead, it has an awesome look to it which most people complain about...why I don't know.. also the shaft colors are easy on the eyes and the grip is awesome and the headcover looks sweet too. I haven't tried the SQ Sumo, but I never would because of the ugly yellow on the sole, although the club looks good from other angles. Go Burner 10.5, I got mine shipped to my door in 5 days fo $210.

well, that is a really good question. Let me break it down a bit...
These are both very good clubs.
The Taylormade R7 460;
1 As stated before, if you have a problem with fade, slice, draw or hook, this is a good choice for correcting the problem. However, this will not fix what is the real problem which is a swing flaw. Good teaching will do more for your game.
2 This is also a good club for a straight hitter, and the adjustable weighting can be used for swing weighting the club (for changing the feel of the club).
the Nike SQ simply does not have the above options.
Although a good clubfitter can make this club fit you and your game.
Consider the above before you invest.
BUT, your best bet is to see if you can demo both and see what FEELS best. remember this is an investment in your game, and if you are not comfortable with the club, it will be a waste of money.
Simply put it is a matter of what YOU wish to accomplish in YOUR game.

Nike Sasquatch by a mile. Also, try the new Sumo. It definitely has more distance than the Taylormade and you won't slice at all with it. I hit it straight every time once you get over the strange looking head (square).

I dont neccesarily think one is better than the other. What matters most is how you hit them. I would demo them both and then make your decision. I know the R7 has different biases (draw, neutral, fade) which may correct your slice.......but it wont 'fix' it. That part is you swing, not the club.

The Nike if your lokking for more forgiveness and higher launch.
But otherwise, Taylormade. It fixes the slice because you can set the weights to a draw configuration.
