You are most suited to seek employment in pharmaceutical industry as a research official to follow up the clinical course of new and existing drugs. You can collaborate with a pharmacologist to rationalise many herbs for use in modern medical institutes. You can make a radio isotopic study of every element or chemical in human body. You can start a private Biochemical lab to help patients. You can also teach Biochemistry in medical and para medical institutions.

Haha, teaching biochemistry? Just joking... You have lots. I'd suggest that graduate studies are in order to find an interesting a rewarding job. I.e. medicine, research, development etc.

I am not sure what MBBS and PG degree are (Europe here), but I can tell you that we would welcome doctors with knowledge in Biochemistry! They are generally bad at it - not really their field, and they find it really hard if they want to do lab research. That of research in a biomedical science lab would definitely be a possibility for such a background.
For example, I am a biochemist, but I work in a biomed lab and we work on chemoprevention of colon cancer. Something of this kind would be perfect for you with that degree!
