You have to be a college grad, finish close to the top of your class, be physically fit, and have some law enforcement experience.

lol ask a local cop about the "chosen ones", they would not know what to do in everyday police work. But give them a complex case some coffee and they do pretty well most FBI guys were never street or local cops just fresh out of college with a good degree
No not a criminal justice degree those are a dime a dozen
accounting is pretty normal

If you ask them they are the smartest sobs around ....but if you ask me if it wasnt for snitches Cops,FBI, CIA all them guys would probably hardly ever make a bust...if you ever in trouble keep your mouth shut and if they say they got someone telling on ya just smile and say you better go talk to them some more cause you dont know what the heck they talkin about

Not sure about the FBI, but the local cops seem to average about 3.

They don't do I.Q. test they have their own classified tests and since there are several types of I.Q. test with different scales it's hard to make an accurate equivalence. But they can't be dumbs, most of the times they need a Collage degree and very good grades. Besides other background and psychological tests.

They have to approve some tough tests. So... at least they have to be dedicated and have good general knowledges about general topics.
