yes, not directly, but in the end it all leads back to him. And it is his fault

Why are you peoples hate Mr. Bush so much ? I mean, he just a man trying to do what he think the best for his beloved country...
Remember his first speech as president..."I'm here not to serve one party, but to serve the whole nation". I believe that 100%.... When WTC tragedy happens, no American President has ever find such a problems for the country, except when Civil War and Pearl Harbor.
"Is George Bush breaking the commandment 'Thou shalt not kill'?".....well, what if Usamah bin Ladin or Kim Jong Il or Ahmadinejad is a great threat to your entire family and your entire life.....stand still thinking 'Thou shalt not kill'?".....

Some people believe yes. Some no.
Catholics use the rigorous consideration of the “just war” doctrine to determine if defense by military force is legitimate.
Offensive war is never justified.
All the following considerations must be true to justify war:
1. The damage inflicted by the aggressor on the nation or community of nations must be lasting, grave, and certain;
2. All other means of putting an end to it must have been shown to be impractical or ineffective;
3. There must be serious prospects of success;
4. The use of arms must not produce evils and disorders graver than the evil to be eliminated.
It has been argued the pre-war Iraq:
1. Was not inflicting lasting, grave and certain damage to the United States;
2. Could have been influenced by diplomatic and international sanctions.
It is argued now that:
3. There is not a serious prospect of success;
4. The use of arms has produced evils and disorders greater than the evil eliminated.
The "new" philosophy of the United States to launch wars to get them before they get us can even be argued as an offensive war which would not be justified.
With love in Christ.

No...the command is not 'though shall not kill' but rather 'though shall not commit murder". There is big difference. People die in war...they are not murdered. While it is tragic when a human life is lost, and I believe God hates war, it is sometimes neccesary to wage war on your enemies. Refer to the Old Testament the number of times God commanded the Irsraelites to go to war.

The commandment is you shall not commit murder. There is a difference between murder and killing. Soldiers who kill are not criminals, Soldiers who murder are. Bush has sent our soldiers to kill the terrorist and so called insurgents therefor in my opinion no he is not. Bush can not be held responsible for any soldier that murders because they are violating orders.

Bush didn't kill anyone. He merely sent our military to fight against our enemies, which is self-defense - justice - NOT murder! There is a HUGE difference between what Bin Laden did on 9/11, Jeffrey Dohmer, John Wayne Gacey and other mass murderers did and what our president has done by law. It is lawful and legal for our president/commander-in-chief to send our armed forces to a nation that is a threat to our nation - our people! That is NOT murder, but again, is defense - murder and self defense are two totally different things. 'Murder' is sin; 'self-defense' is justice and is not against God's word.

Submit yourself to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the King, as supreme;
Or unto Governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evil doers, and for the praise of them that do well. -1 Peter 2:14-15.
George Bush has a responsibility to the people AND to God to punish evil doers, and he is doing that. To do nothing would be more evil, it would be protecting and condoning evil.

That is one of the most misquoted verses in the Bible. The commandment is "Thou shalt not murder", which displays a vast difference in motivation from killing in warfare or killing out of self defense (both of which have similarities).
"A time to love,
And a time to hate.
A time of war,
And a time of peace."
Ecclesiastes 3:8

Plenty of places in the bible there was life lost, and sometimes GOD called for war. It is not wrong for people to fight for a cause especially when they attacked and killed our brothers and sisters. What would be your approach, be thankful it wasn't you? At one time or another someone has to stand up and say enough is enough.
