Well I have these 2 dogs that just started..I dunno what the right word is, mating, i guess. But the male dog get's stuck in the female dog. First time I heard her yelping, I kinda got worried and scared. But then later on they get unstuck. But I was wondering if this is normal. Does this always happen?

First off, are your dogs fixed? If they are not fixed, you now have to be concerned about pregnancy. You should get both of your dogs fixed as soon as possible (they will be healthier, happier dogs).

Secondly, this sounds like a mating tie... it is normal. However, if you are concerned about one of your dogs getting hurt (which is very possible) you might want to tie 1 leg from each of them together with a soft rope or scarf so they can't pull apart. They might stand rear-to-rear or side-to-side, so after they get situated you can tie them together until they are done. That should be the least of your worries though....

I have seen it with my friends dogs. We heard a horribal yelping sound and followed the noice to where the dogs where. They where stuck together. They stayed stuck for over an hour, so we called the vet. he said dont try to pull them apart because it could fracture the boys penis. They would come apart on there own. It happens because the females muscles tighten and then there stuck. The female has to relax and the muscles will let it go..thank god i'm not a dog.

Get the dogs fixed unless you want puppies. if you want puppies then expect this sticky situation to happen again.lol.

It happens from time to time. And the dog will try and get off the female, but they normally end up stuck back to back...as already mentioned. This is because the dog is still sexually excited, and its organ is still swollen. The old cure was to throw a bucket of cold water over them. But anything to 'surprise' the male will lessen his ardour, thus reduce the swelling, and make it easier for him to dismount.
It looks - and sounds - horrific, but is nothing to worry about.

lol!!! dont be worried its totaly normal!!! weird I know, but its supposed to happen. the males um....organ swells up inside the female and slowly releases the sperm. Thats why they get stuck together. they will end up back to back er..butt to butt) I know it looks painfull and it probably is a little, but most of the yelping is from surprise of being stuck together. If they dont get stuck together then the breeding will most likely not work!!!

I say 2 canines are more beneficial advantageous then one. for type of 5 years we had in trouble-free terms our woman Akita. She is the gentlest Akita you'll ever meet; she is definitely no longer the "primary" Akita. She has continually been a marvelous canines, yet hated being on my own. We at the moment followed a male Silky Terrier (i understand, no longer a primary mix) and at the starting up she did not look that pleased with him being the following. We were easily worried for type of a week that she needed to ruin him. besides the undeniable fact that it grew to grow to be out to be only a territory aspect. Then faster or later she began to play with him and they have been maximum ideal associates ever considering! She loves having a pal to play with. Her widespread aspect is taking area in on the deck with him. She brings him outside with her from time to time. that is is the cutest aspect ever! They run laps around the domicile and chase one yet another. They even percentage toys and water (no longer food; one on senior one on puppy). canines belong with different canines. that is the p.c.. mentality aspect. they seem to be a lot happier with different canines even besides the undeniable fact that they love their people. What yet another canines can supply them is a few thing we has people not in any respect ought to, no count number how a lot we like them. As on your better 0.5, attempt to contain him in the canines searching procedure as a lot as plausible. dissimilar people can not withstand small canines because they are basically so darn gorgeous. So i'm particular he will come round. about going tenting, people do all of it the time. check out a canines pen it is indoor/outdoor that you are able to use for tenting to keep the canines secure. you need to purchase 2 and connect them mutually to apply for both canines. That way their no longer tied up yet nonetheless secure. maximum pens would properly be linked to at least one yet another and their length and structure would properly get replaced to boot. solid success! i'm hoping you come across a canines that you and your better 0.5 can love and revel in tenting with. Your canines will love having a sparkling pal! -Brit

I suppose it is natural, I have witnessed this all during my childhood. I believe after the male relaxes this is when they will be released from each other.

Your dog is pregnant, get them fixed before the pregnancy progresses any further.
