I'v read that sometimes they do not believe you even if you will give them evidences i also read that the immigration courts have given guidance in certain cases as to whether gay men or lesbians are at risk of persecution in particular countries.

Canada. Canada allows gay marriage and has always been sympathetic to to Americans as watch varies governments go off the rails for vague " The commies are coming" wars that seem very dubious to us. During the Vietnam era my family aways took in draft dodgers. These were scared teens who loved their country, yet they could in no way imagine themselves killing anyone or go be killed by people who had more of a right to defend themselves from a brutal attacking army.
My parents raised 11 children yet we never refused a draft dodger. When you see a government start to devour it's young we suspect to test new weapons, show off American Military might, Open up South Indonesia for American markets or all/some of the above...We feel duty bound to help. Although now your inhumane president is punishing Canada with punitive economic vengeance for not supporting the illegal war in Iraq. We are still taking heavy casualties in Afghanistan. Not that any American news outlet will acknowledge this...Gays however come on Live and let Live. We celebrate multiculturalism and believe in tolerance. It is taught in our schools.Yes we have complete freedom of speech, except nobody is allowed to to stir up hate or racism via public speaking. If that offends your American sensibilities, and you feel it is censorship, sorry I cannot think of another country. Yet that minor censorship is exactly what will protect you under the law...Mary

Your question indicates typical fraudulent claims to asylum.
Indonesia, Malaysia and many modeerate muslim countries have very klarge populations of gay men who are fully integrated into society and face NO discrimination whatsoever.

Many Islamic countries do not treat gays with the savagery they face in the West.

Stop spreading lies to cheat your way into our nation.
I've visited many of the countries you list by the way, and I saw no gay men being mistreated.

Usually people from Iran,Iraq,Lebanon and Syria use the "gay case" to make a claim for asylum. But their cases not always succeed before the judge.

Just don't say you're gay...if your country is that bad why even risk it...but if your using your sexuality as an excuse to get out you're sad

What are you on. You live in a country that bans gay activity then don't say your gay. We have enough immigration for alleged torture so we have no room for people who have sexual differences.

Come to the UK, the government will welcome you with open arms and give you a regular pay cheque, at the exspense of many disgruntled citizens.

Also, you might even get a house thrown in..
