I know the expense difference, at my dentist only $100 difference. I want to know if one is more beneficial than the other. Is it worth the extra $100 for the light? My dentist said I would have instant results with the light vs a few days for the trays at 1 hour a day. Kinda leaning towards the Zoom light.

Honestly, the results are almost identical. If it's instant results you want, go for the Zoom. If you can be patient and wait a week or two, you'll have an extra hundred bucks in your pocket and the same white teeth.

Some studies have concluded that the light doesn't really do much except impress the patient.

I had the in office zoom whitening.
After it was done my lips were all puffy and and my mouth was inflamed.
I had horrible pain.
Maybe because of the procedure was done wrong.
Not sure,
Go with the take home zoom kit..
