I need "DVD CUTTER" software?

Need DVD Cutter software to extract clips, songs from DVD's with losing the original quality

1) DVD Cutter- try a paper shredder capable of shreading 10+ sheets at once.

2) DVD Software to extract clips- any dvd or movie editing software should be capable of this. I've used windows movie maker to do it and that's free.

3) Why on earth would you want to lose quality.
