If you only smoked it one time you dont need to worry. It is the chronic smokers who need to worry, the drug THC attacks fatty tissue, which is 90 percent of the brain mass, and has a similar affect of alcohol, it slows your reaction time tremendously. So even if you were a chronic smoker your only fear should be memory loss. As far as athletics, you will not be able to perform as well when you are high.......
Hope this works for you.
P.S. Marijuana is not addictive. The only dependency you can get from weed is mentally. Also, no one in the history of man has ever overdosed from this drug.

no dude ive been high during games and played the best games of my life. baron davis has said 80% of the nba smokes weed, plus baseball doesnt even test for it, so as long as you know how to handle it youll be fine. o yea and the nfl has weed listed under performance enhancers, i wonder why that is. sure it may kill some brain cells but its really only short term memory and who cares about that, i dont want to remember every little detail about life, id rather have fun and be happy, which the reefer helps me achieve. and to the guy who first answered, your an idiot, do research, weed is about 10 million times safer than alcohol. you cannot die from weed, there has never been an overdose case or anything of the sort. quit buying into the bullshit propaganda the government throws your way and get the facts right.
