What is a cute way to ask a boyfriend to Sadie's ..i mean if you are dating it is already implied that you are going together but its still sweet to ask. any advice? Something cute but simple

Take him out for pizza, and after he orders ask him to go somewhere (out of hearing/sight) range and then quietly talk to the person behind the counter and tell them that you'd like them to write "will you go to sadie's with me?" on the bottom inside of the pizza box and put in one slice pointing to the message. That'd be cute! I might do it myself. However make sure you get another box with all of the actual slices to be given to you after he reads the message.
