lets say a guy has a nice looking face to begin with with pretty eyes. than he goes and puts a few blonde hi lights in his brown hair thats wavy and kind of long. than he pierces his ears and gels his hair. Plus the guy works out at the gym and is 6'1 and 210 lbs and tans. why does this type of guy tend to have girls stare at him but a lot of guys talk behind his back calling him pretty and gay etc.

First of all, not all guys that highlight their hair, work out and are tan are gay.....The other guys that talk behind his back probably have issues and are jealous. I wouldnt worry about those people that do that as they are beneath you. Make friends that share the same interests you have. There is nothing wrong with trying to look your best.

The girls are staring because they think he is gay, or, they're not sure he's not.
No man I've ever been involved with went further than cologne and hair gel. Any more effort than that, and the question arises.
