I'm 21 yr old virgin who's saving sex for marriage. BUT guys get surprised when I tell them I am a virgin and that I wanna wait. A lot of guys say I'm beautiful, but they don't stick around once they know that they ain't getting any. Some guys say I'm too pretty to be a virgin, and have told me that I look sexy and and that I don't look like a virgin. Guys if you found out that a girl you were dating who's 21, is a virgin, what would you think? Would it freak you out? Would you think there is something wrong w/ the girl?

I'm a girl but believe me, when you get married, you will be so happy that you kept yourself pure for him. He will be so happy knowing that you waited for HIM. You're a treasure, don't let that go. and if certain guys dont see that, they arent worth your time cuz theyre obviously after one thing, and im not talking about ur heart. Lots of respect for ya girl! keep yourself pure and wait a little longer for the man of your dreams ;)

I love love virgins! Of course, I'm 17 and haven't had sex yet myself, but if a guy actually stays with you and knows that he isn't getting anything, then he most truely love you. guys will sometimes say you are too hot or too pretty to be a virgin because they may get around a lot and you look like every other victim. I wouldn't think a 21 year old virgin would freak me out because she is that much better. A real man would want a girl who hasn't been around the block and "infected" with the sexual tendencies of sleeping with more men than they could remember. Also, some guys, who are virgins themselves, would also like a girl who is still a virgin because not much is expected of them in bed. I would say that you are doing the best thing and that there is nothing wrong with you. It was made to be, in the begining, that you give your virginity up to your true love. Stay a virgin until after you are married. It is the best course to take.

Well unfortunately in the real world and in adult relationships sex is actually a very improtant thing, because if you look at a person and think that there is no way that you could ever have sex with them then inevitably there would be no future. The best advice I ever got was from my mom "If you imagine a person naked and don't like what you see then don't pursue anything serious" So I don't think that it is that guys don't like virgins, but I think that a guy that is truly looking for a relationship will still want the physical part, now yes he may be willing to wait for awhile but waiting for years will only be done by the most patient of persons. Which yes the waiting would make the first time wonderful but then on your wedding night you may find out that having sex with this person is the worst feeling that you have ever had and that will lead to very large problems. However I do give you incredible respect, and wish you lots of luck that you will find a guy who is willing to be patient enough and not seek what he is missing elsewhere. Good luck sweety.

I agree with spoonman, those guys are morons. I'm looking for a virgin, I only date virgins because I'm saving sex for marriage too. If I was dating a chick like you I would stay with you for as long as I could (hopefully until marriage). It wouldn't freak me out at all, I guess it just depends on the guy. I wouldn't think there is something wrong with the girl. As a matter of fact I would think the opposite.

there is absolutely nothing wrong in being a virgin ... don't get fooled by guys who just want your body ... i'm a guy too and i know how a guy thinks ... just know one thing .... if you dont respect you body and sexuality ... NO ONE WILL .... you have to stick up for yourself .... and you need to find someone that is WORTH you ... i'm a guy thats in search for a virgin girl ..... read some of my other questions .. you'll know what i mean ..... when you have sex with the right person at the right time .... it will be the most beautiful thing in the world .... i'm just an 18 year old guy .. but i know that some day when i'll find the right girl ... it will be worth all those years that i spent being a good guy and not trying to **** a girl .. trust me ... one day it will be worth it .... just stand up for youself and what you believe in .... maybe you're just around the wrong type of guys ....

Hey girl, I have the same problem. I am 19 and also waiting until marriage..and guys run in the other direction when they find out I'm not going to give in to them. It sucks, but I guess it helps weed out the bad guys to help see who is a truly good guy. Some guys like the fact that a girl is a virgin because then their are no past jealousy issues and some guys respect it.

I dont mind how other people think about me. I knew that, on my day of marriage, I am going to be PROUD of myself. and my husband will feel the same way too.
if someone freak out after knowing that u are a virgin......well, simple, he is not the one for you!

im female, but i totally i agree with Envy. It is wonderfull thing that u are waiting for the right person, u want it to be special, and with ur future husband to be. Alot of guy yes they are playes, there are guys who are nice and wants relationship but aslo enjoy it with the physical part of it, some guys not ready to get married till late 20's. "Envy" guy above said, u might not like sex w/ur husband, and yee it might be a big problem in the relationship than. If the sex would not be satisfying with ur future husband than u might be curiouse whaelse outhere( tempted to cheat). i lost it in my teens years, but i regret that i didnt wait for completely right person (well i should not regret because i've done whatever i want it), so anyways wait for the right guy who will appreaciate the fact that u're saving your speacial moment for him.

Personally I would love to have a virgin. To me that shows a women who is not self centered and can withstand peer pressure. You will find the right guy at some point.

umm it is a good thing...I am 26 year old guy & I am a virgin.......when girls find out I'm still a virgin, they get surprised as well. I am saving sex for marrige as well
