Go ahead, scream, scream your heart out. Sometimes we need to do something like that to relieve stress. As far as being blunt to people? Well, that might be their problem :) I like honesty in people, nice or not :)

Try to figure out what is upsetting you. If is biological (like eating food containing too much MSG, and you have an allergic reaction), there are pretty much standard protocols of antidosis. However, if the reason for your anger is based on interaction with people or a particular situation, your anger will clear if you take decisive, logical and swift action.

I really hate that! I'm usually the nice one at work but there are days when it feels like people are stepping all over me and I can't help myself from being blunt to them and seeing that shocked look on their face like I just cursed their mother out.

You *should* scream. Not at anyone, but maybe alone in your room, into a pillow or something. You could go for a run, or do something physical to release your frustration. Write out as many curse words and angry things as you can think of as quickly as you can-- anything to purge it from your system without hurting other people.

Are you under an unusual amount of stress? Changed medications or gotten on new ones? Some tragic or the like happen recently? I know when I went on birth control, I was no myself for about 3 days. EVERYTHING pissed me off.
Alot of times being "bitchy" happens just before you have your period when the hormones in your body change. It could be from stress, any change in medications or new ones, or just one of those days. If it seems to just randomly happen more often, or seemed to be accompanied by depression, get in contact with your doctor and tell him/her whats been going on.

Drink a cup of hot tea. It sooths you. Then, while you are sipping it slowly, close your eyes and take deep breaths in and out. Make sure you are sitting in a comfy spot. I get that way sometimes when I haven;t had my coffee, or if people chatter too much when I want to be left alone. It'll pass.

Take deep breaths and some time alone, light some candles, and either turn on some soothing music or the tv or read a book or something.... and oh yea have some chocolate. Get better I understand.
