I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. When I get a refund, it is in my account in an average of about 8 or 9 days. I've gotten it as quickly as six days. I think the information says to expect 10-14 days.

I used TaxAct.com and got my refund in exactly a week. Try that next time. It only cost $16 for state and federal returns. I assume that Turbo-tax should be pretty fast, so wait a couple more days...in the meantime, if you need the money to pay bills then call the bill collector and make a payment schedule about 2 weeks from now. They want their money, so they'll cooperate..I did it a lot in college!!
