WWWWWWell, there are 2 things that can't be faked.
#1 -- She will be incredibly swollen (vagina) right before, during, and shortly after a real orgasm.
#2 -- She will be incredibly hotter (vagina) right before, during, and shortly after a real orgasm.
A female needs more time for foreplay and also time to get to really "know" you and your body. When that happens, she won't fake anymore. Just remember to take your time and don't rush anything. You could tell her before things start up that you just want her to enjoy your body and you'll enjoy her body. Also ask her to tell you when you are doing something right by just saying "Oh yes!" or "That's it!". You get the picture.
Before you know it, you won't be wondering anymore.

Sorry man, it ain't gonna happen if she can put on a show. First of all, no matter what any guy thinks we have no idea what a woman's orgasm feels like, just like they have no idea what our orgasms feel like, so you can't tell by looking for her to do things you do.
Second, you're probably not gonna be in the state to really be able to make accurate judgements when this scenario presents itself.
The temperature and size things can indicate a real orgasm, but they're also inaccurate and can be triggered by bringing her close to orgasm. You aren't going to have a thermometer and ruler on hand, unless your sex life incorporates those things (not unheard of).
Just hope you land one that doesn't lie and tell you you're the man because she thinks that's what you want to hear. And if in the end it turns out she is, just try to enjoy it and think you're the god of men.

With a real one, there should be a noticeable flush to the chest and also the sleepy, dreamy effect afterwords. Also, if you happen to be touching her with your fingers at the time, you can feel contractions just inside.
