You have the ability to give mankind the cure and treatment to every disease that ever has been or ever will be. Basically people will live very long lives until there body simply “wears out”. Only unnatural causes like accidents and murder will end people’s lives early. As gratitude man kind will give you whatever you want (anything they can provide) for the rest of your thousand or so year life.
In return you will spend an eternity in hell when you die. (for those that do not believe in hell please pretend it exists).
Or you can be guaranteed eternity in Heaven, but no cure for mankind.
which one will you Pick? Cure and hell or Heaven and no cure?

I have difficulty imagining what an eternity in heaven would be like, knowing that the decision that got me there was at the expense of untold suffering in others. Yuk.
If "hell" simply means (as many Christians say) "death" or "the grave", then the question is a no brainer. A thousand years of life is a very long time, and it's doubtful that anyone would really want to live much longer than that. I certainly wouldn't.

First of all, even without disease we couldn't live thousands of years. And second, even though I don't believe in god, it would be the worst possible thing to remove disease from the world. We need to die. We need diseases just as much as we need the air we breath. It's bacteria, it's living things. Virus's and bacteria are so important that to remove them would mean killing every living thing on earth. How smart would that be?

Hell. According to christians, I'm going there anyway, so I might as well help a few million people on my way out. They'd be hard pressed to soil my good name then.

If all this were true, I'd pick hell.
Who would pass up the chance to help all mankind in such a dramatic and personal way?

i would pick heaven because if humans were free of diseases and all those abnormalities, they would only destroy the earth by overpopulating it.
