That is just a loving gesture. For a man to kiss you in places that would seem gross is the ultimate show of affection. My boyfriend kisses my nose bites my nose and when we're laying on the couch he bites my big toe. Yes it sounds gross but that is like saying, "I love everything about you, even your snotty nose and stinky feet."

He's probably just teasing you, or playing around with you. Dont take it so seriously, just laugh too. If he does that, maybe you could do that too, and see what happens.
