So his friends will come over, but my boyfriend will not allow me to communicate with them. When they try to say "hi" or have any sort of conversation with me,my boyfriend will go into his room and cry. Then later, he will get mad and yell at me for responding to them. And this doesn't seem normal to me. But he says if i care about him then I will ignore them, but I really don't want to seem rude.

properly i consider the bf, you are able to not bypass hugging yet another boy at that age and not in any respect assume him to be jealous, besides the undeniable fact that the combating grow to be a touch extreme. there is realy no longer some thing to do, the wear and tear is done, your bf will continually hate your maximum ideal pal. the most ideal you need to do is apoligize on your bf i wager for hugging your maximum ideal pal, thats fairly all you need to do, sorry.

Your bf has some real issues. Although most men outgrow their insecurities,I don't think he will. He sounds like he is too insecure.
He is worried more about his ego being hurt than he is about your happiness and well being. And if he gets mad and yells at you, I would be worried about that abuse escalating into physical abuse.........DUMP THE BUM!!!!!!

It seems that your boyfriend is unsecure in the relationship.Also he has a jealous streak.He does not want to see you get attention from any males because he wants all your attention or he pulls a fit and makes you feel bad.So,now you feel tenion from whether or not you should have talked to his male friends.And as long as you are not flirting,then yes,you should be able to talk to anyone and him not get all mad.Then,the guilt of putting the blame on you,that you should of ignored them.i say,no that would have been ignorant towards the male friends unless you are uncompfortable about talking with them,then you should be able to talk with whoever you want.and not feel as though you have daggerss shooting in your back,that the green eyed monster is getting mad cause you are talking to his friends.So now,you have to decide.How much longer do you want to live like this being controlled by a jealous boyfriend.You seem very nice,you should think about this and i hope you do the right thing.

Oh Oh .... you better get out while you can. This guy is a control freak.He is playing on your emotions in order to control what you do. Actually he's already gone past that by telling you not to communicate with his fiends . This is a big problem that WILL get worse !! He has you reacting to his ploy for control now but when he feels you slipping away he will resort to other means to regain that control.......it can become very abusive.You deserve better and should get out before your in too deep.

I don't think you should be even dating this guy. Imagine in the future, you two are already married, imagine that what it will be like, you won't even be able to say hi to the mail man. Either dump him, or give him a heads up and then dump him, or if you want, just live the rest of your life like this with him. Tell him if he keeps this thing up, like if he won't fix himself, then you are going to leave him.
