Okay he invited me over but i bailed because he lives all the way on the other side of town and i don't drive and his car is broken but he said that " it was okay " and he works in the mall and i see him almost everyday and when i see him he gets all happy and says " what up baby" but then he never calls what is that about?!!

he may be hurt by the fact that you did not come over and he
should be upset, if you knew that you could not get over there
for what every the reason then you should have just told
him that, if he wan to see you then he would have made the
effort to get you there. but to say yes then dont show up
sound like just disrespect. and how would you have felt if
the table was turn and he did this to you. think about it
it about be honest with someone feelings.
