i want that girl to talk to me she is my collegemate she is very timid as a deer in her nature but she watches me all the time , when i see her watching me she acts as though she is not wathing

Just go over and talk to her. She's probably just too shy and nervous to go up and talk to you, but would probably be glad if you came up to her.

Aw she sounds really shy and u should just find out if she has a b/f (b/c some girls tend to do this when they are taken)and if she isn't then one day when u see her lQQking at you just give her a warm smile,walk up to her and say ''Hi How are you?'' and just start talking about college (like about what she majors in and if she likes it....etc).If you don't want to start talking to her 1st then you should start watching her ...and eventually she'll say something

Why don't you start by saying hello, maybe introduce yourself if you don't know her. She maybe shy, or afraid you my not want to talk to her. Give it a try what do you have to lose!

Write a little note and put it on her desk. Tell her "hello" and that you think she's cute. Give her your phone number and ask for hers in the note.
