Circulation Problem in my cousin's leg?

Ok my cousin got shot once in his leg. The docters performed a artery replacement surgery, and ever since that he has circulation problems. Is there a vitimin or something that might help?

No. He should talk with the doctor, elevate the leg as much as possible
