I know I'm supposed to be gaining weight, but I have such a difficult time forcing myself to eat because it feels as if I'm doing something horribly wrong. Yet, I want to enjoy my childhood as much as I can, not to waste it and then regret being like this when I'm thirty. Which one should I eat as an after-school snack? I'd prefer an apple because it's healthier but doesn't have enough cals...plus, we have tons of this other stuff that we don't want to expire.
