Is the weather nasty outside? My dogs are a pain to make potty outside when there is snow on the ground. Also, you may want to call your vet and ask about her having a urinary tract infection. One of my dogs had one a few months ago and it was like he just couldn't hold it.

I would just go back to your routine before she was potty trained to teach her to potty outside.

I have had many dogs and have found that they do occasionally revert to "puppy-like" behaviors from time to time. Sometimes my dogs seemed to be testing me, sometimes they weren't getting enough exercise and positive attention so they started acting out by going to the bathroom in the house, and sometimes they actually had a bladder infection (one of my current dogs has chronic infections--we thought for so long that she was intentionally going to the bathroom in the house--boy, did we feel awful).

I would definitely assess your dog's situation--are they acting any differently? do they seem to have any extra energy? are they acting like they might not feel well--sleeping more, not playing as much, having a startled or pained look when they urinate?

And regardless of the cause, how you handle the accidents is important. I always calmly walk my dogs to the back door and let them go outside to go to the bathroom (to finish going or at least reinforce that that was where they were supposed to go). Then I don't let them see me clean it up. I use a cleaner like Nature's Miracle to help get rid of any scent in the urine. Then I let the dog back into the house. And I watch them carefully about an hour or two later to be sure i pick up on any cues for the next time they need to go to the bathroom.

When a dog has a sudden change in behavior like this you need to have her seen by a vet. Simply because it is often caused by an infection or other such abnormality.

Even though she has house training, she is still young, so keep up with the house training. Even young kids who are potty trained, have accidents now and then. She is young, keep on training, and she will get it.
