What should i do?

I just recieved a refferal for cheating at school. my parents don`t know this yet. i`m afraid that my teacher will call or ask for a conference to talk about it. i don`t what to do. i really need help. i have this guilty feeling in the bottom of my stomach that feels like i need to throw up. i hate feeling like this. WHAT THE HELL SHOULD I DO?

Sorry, this may sound like the wrong thing to do, but go tell them. You are best off telling them right away then waiting for them to find out, because then they will explode in your face saying why you didn't tell them. Very calmly, go to your Mother (or father, whichever one is the least tempermental) and tell them. That way the nicer one will tell the meaner one and you won't have to stand there and listen to the other one yell.

Play the stressed-out student card. Since it sounds like it would work for you. Tell them you didn't want to let them down. How you wanted good grades but can't understand all the material. Then after you get the compassion tell them how you were tempted to cheat and got caught. That you really really sorry that it happened and you won't ever do it again.

If they are going to find out anyway tell them ASAP. If you can get your side of the story to them first you'll have the best chance.

I would suggest doing it one on one rather than against both parents at the same time. Tell whoever is in charge of the "child discipline" department of your family and try to get as much sympathy from them.

step up to the plate and tell them. trust they will find out and it will be worst. I glad it botheeers you now dont ever ever do anything like this again............ God bless you honey we all make dumb mistakes.just dont repeat them and learn and grow from them......
