If you are getting a spot on all your pictures it is definitely something on your lens or on your mirror if you are using an SLR camera. Get some lens cleaner...take the lens off and go to work..............

If you are shooting digital SLR, you have a spot of dust on the sensor. There are kits for cleaning this, or you can try with a blower brush first (NOT canned air) Better Google for detailed instructions on how to clean the sensor. Delicate and easy to damage,

You might have something on the lens, although not likely it would show in a picture. Dust on the mirror doesn't show in a photo, as the mirror lifts out of the way during exposure.

A little more detail would help. What does the spot look like? It could be dust in your lens, light refraction, or quite a few other things.
