I would like to know if a CRI turned you in but lied to the police about the situation can it still be admissable in court? A warrant was issued because of a CRI's statement, however that statement is completely untrue, can we get it thrown out since the reason the warrant was issued was under false pretences?

Do you have a PD? if not get a new lawyer. Either way, ask around; ask every reputable criminal defense attourney if they would be willing to do pro bono if you need it. This is your life.

Your attorney is the best source of advise. Generally, warrants issued based on false information - all the evidence gathered with the warrant is not admissible. "Fruit of a poison tree".

Proving the CRI deliberately lied may be difficult.
