Person X (can't say) told a random guy at the bar whom she talked to ALL night that if she weren't engaged she'd go home with him... and then gave him her number which I think was her real number...

Yes... that is absolutely cheating! If you are involved with someone you shouldn't be entertaining the idea of being with someone else. The fact that she gave him her number just says she's willing to "play" if he calls her. If she is willing to cheat she will eventually make it physical . The guy she's engaged to deserves to be treated with respect and honesty and person X obviously has no idea what that means..... how sad for them both !!

That would be border line, but she shouldn't be giving guys her number if she's engaged nor should she say she'd go home with him otherwise, makes her sound like a tease.

No that's not cheating, but this person is gearing up to cheat for sure. They may not go through with it, but clearly they are unhappy with their relationship and are looking for a way out.

Maybe she'd just had too much to drink? If she was sober, then yeah it's getting a little to close to cheating for comfort.

for me it's not cheating...nothing wrong in giving her number to the guy ,maybe its just a friendly action.and besides she tell the fact that she is already engaged.we can call it cheating when after giving her number they continue cummunicating and dating.so that makes it BAD!
