Leave your skin alone. Leave the scrub alone! Leave the acne cream and other crap alone!
You don't need to wash your face constantly. You can't wash off zits. You are irritating your skin and damaging it.
When I was in my teens, I had acne. It started off as a few spots, so I started wearing concealer and foundation. It got worse, so I wore my hair more in my face as I was self-conscious. It got worse. I started using acne cream. It got worse. Everything I did made it worse.
Finally, I started drinking more water- 1 litre-2 litres a day. The difference was incredible. I started exercises more, ate better etc. Baby soft skin is hydrated skin. You don't need moisturiser- you just need a good diet +_lots of water.
Bad diet is linked to acne and obesity. If you have a bad diet, you are prone to constipation, indigestion etc. Constipation, especially, creates big, hard spots on your temples (the area at the side of your eyebrows near your ears).
My advice would be to:
1) Go vegetarian, if possible. It helps you avoid junk food, keeps your body clear of lots of nasty fats and means your digestive system will be a happy bunny. Eat 5 a day.
2) Drink lots of water. Keep a small sports-style bottle on you at all times and sip it constantly.
3) Exercise. Get the heart pumping and it'll improve your circulation. This is especially good for giving you a healthy glow.
4) Fresh air. Don't spend your life on the computer and/or indoors. Go outside with your friends, play sports etc.
Everyone spends so much money and frets like crazy over having nice skin etc yet the things they NEED to do are completely free- look after your body. That's all there is to it.

Looks like you do take care of your skin from the outside. But acne is a sign that something inside is not okay. You are also in a stage where you experience certain hormones changes that effect your skin. There are however way to take care of your skin naturally, and you don't have to pay for it...
Take care of your body from the inside and with your lifestyle and your skin will get softer and nicer. But it will take time, it won't happen just over night.
Drink enough water, exercise daily, get enough sleep and control your stress. Specially because you are young it is important you don't get stressed too much. It destroys your metabolism and some imporatant body functions. And when those functions fail to work properly the first sign comes out on your skin as acne, pimples and such...

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. Here are the things my family has done for years. None of us have facial problems. My children got through teen years with no skin problems.
My Husband and his Mom easily get Blackheads and other bumps. Here is what eliminates the problem for them.
In a beauty department get one of those slightly rough scrubbing gloves. When you bathe, scrub your face thoroughly every time you bathe. This will keep the pores open and not allow them to fill with any junk. Scub your whole body with the glove so it will exfoliate and open all of your pores. Use as hot a shower or bath as you can tolerate.
At night I use Vaseline on my face, then in the morning, heat a wet hand towel in the microwave (30 seconds works) and clean my face with the hot wet towel. It feels great and your face will be as smooth as a babies bottom. If to start with you have open wounds, use some Neosporin on them to help close them up over night.
These are simple and nearly free, nothing expensive required.
I will say I am 65 and my children are 30 and 36 and we have used these methods for many years, successfully.
If your skin, like my husbands, has a real tendency towards problems this should be very helpful.
I personally use a scrub brush, it really is a cleaning scrub brush with a handle in the shower to scrub every inch of my body (not my face). This stops all itchy skin, because I constantly stay exfoliated.
One other thing I do is to mix a good quality lotion, Neutrogenia or Oil of Olay with my base makeup. This way it is lighter and I moisturize as I makeup every morning.
I do agree that a really healthy diet would be extremely beneficial.
Meat additives cause problems medically for many people, so try to take in as much fruit and vegetables as possible. Lay off the junk food and Drink lots of water and no sodas.
Acne could very well be an allergic reaction to some foods.

I totally feel your pain, and let me tell you what worked for me, seriously, try it.
first, stop the mask and other products. eliminate any toxic foods in your diet, like pizza, burgers, and processed stuff. Drink about a gallon of water per day. Get in a tub of hot water every night and put a towel over your face, when you take it off, your black heads should be grey. gently squeeze large ones clear, and leave the small ones alone till they become big. Go out and buy Shiseido's "pureness" line of skin care, use the face wash after your steam bath scrubbing it on your face with an exfoliating pad or brush, Shiseido also makes a really good one, then use the "balancer", and then the moisturizer, i know you dont want to put the moisturizer on your face, but you must. I think that with this moisture in my pores, it sort of stopped the natural oils from clogging them up. through out the day, use oil blotting papers, and most importantly, no matter how bad your skin looks, do not use any make up for at least a month while doing all this, if you dont see an improvement, let me know, because its worked for everyone i know. My skin is soft and pretty now. none of the products sting nor are they harsh on your skin, i think harsh chemicals made my skin worse, or just kept it sort of good looking and managable, but this line works miracles i swear. my skin cleared up completely after about 1 month of this regimen and my whole family uses it. i am not trying to advertise for shiseido and this is just an opinion.

One of the most important things is your diet. "You are what you eat." Drink plenty of water (at least 8 glasses a day and even more if you drink caffinated beverages) and exercise. Consult a dermatologist or an esthetician. They can determine your skin type and tell you which products are best suited for your skin.
Wearing a mask everyday is a little bit excessive. You should only wear a mask 2-3 times a week, and only exfoliate 2-3 times a week. What types of products are you using? A drug store, retail or professional product? Professional products you can find at a spa have a higher integrity of ingrediets in it. You will see better and faster results compared to brands you find at a drug store.

I would use a treatment I read about in Prevention magazine that has worked for me, my family and many of my friends. This is relatively inexpensive as all products can be purchased at Walgreens or Wal Mart.
I wash twice a day (in morning and before bed) with a salicylic acid based cleanser such as Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser.
In the morning after I wash, I apply an Alpha Hydroxy 8% AHA. This exfoliates my skin. Makeup and sunscreen can be applied over it.
At night, after washing, I rub an ice cube over my face until my face is as cold as I can stand it, I pat it dry until it is damp and apply a small amount of benzoyl peroxide 10% cream and massage it into the affected areas. I apply ice packs over this for about 5 minutes. Do this until your skin clears. Then you can use ice only as needed but continue with the other part of the regimen. I have clear glowing skin all year long with this treatment with little or no extraction.

You said that you are young, so your hormones could be interfering with it. Try using a gentle cream face wash and put some baking soda w/it- it keeps your skin clean and it's not too rough. Sometimes, your skin will also react if you're doing too much to it, so just use gentle cleansers and use sunscreen, make sure your face products (make-up & lotion) are hypoallergenic and don't pick at your face. Hope that helps.
