yes, i took it, didnt help me sleep, so my doc doubled the dose.. still no help... so my doc switched me to another med and now i sleep.

I took Ambien and it really helped, EXCEPT, I used to have really strange and vivid dreams; maybe because I was finally sleeping so sound.

I took it and it made me do strange tings that I didn't remember like eat a bunch of bowls of cereal. Really weird. I hated it. It was crazy.
