i have news for you, the creator or the almighty or whatever we choose to call him ... he didn't create this universe or anything in it ..... we did .. you and I, the higher power would not create such an inferior universe where wars, famine, rape and murder take place. If the higher power created this universe there would be no entropy, but there is entropy, this place is inferior so ... to answer the question,,, couldn't tell you..
