You should call the vet, but depending on the length of the antenna - pardon my pun - it should all come out in the end. I'd contact or see the vet to be sure though.

If the antenna is truly made out of rubber, it probably wouldn't harm him, because chewing gum is swallowed all the time and it's not harmful...but the phone antenna is probably NOT just plain old rubber, so I'd definitely take my dog to the vet for that. It's better to have a big vet bill than have regrets later if your dog became very very ill. Not worth the risk.

I'd also contact the manufacturer of your phone to find out what the antenna is made out of, so the info can be given to your vet if needed.

Try calling an emergency vet, see if you can get instructions over the phone. The risk is that it might cause intestinal blockage, which is a big ticket vet item to resolve. Call now, there might be something you can do right away.

well, you don't want to induce vomiting, could puncture something on the way back up. but also, passing this through the intestines, not a good idea, risk of puncturing. take your dog to a 24 hour pet hospital,
good luck!
