Usually it means (if someone said that to you) that the person that said that to you feels that you really only care about YOUR needs, wants, desires, etc. and not theirs.
The statement itself means pretty much the same thing, to be selfish and conceited basically.

It means that the person is self-centered, selfish, and doesn't care what any ones feelings are, but themselves only. Like the saying goes, "The world revolves around you".
In order not to be that way, start loving people and doing things for them. It's not about you, it is about them.

It means you have your priorities straight. It's about you first.
Looking out for numero uno, self preservation.
On the other hand, a pissed off friend may tell you that and it means........... That you are selfish, rudely including yourself where not concerned, don't consider your friends at all.

Sometimes it has to be about you and only you if it doesnt happen even sometimes i would say your not around people who care and love you so move on get some new friends and family

that you are focusing on you in your life. it is ok for a person to be a little selfish as long as they know they are and can learn when to not be selfish. focusing on yourself is not a bad thing. you should always be #1 in your life
