My upper right molar is aching slightly...it's not sensitive to heat or cold, but hurts off and on. Should I wait for a few more days or make an appointment with the dentist right away?

wait a few days, and if it is still sensitive see your dentist. You may have a wisdom tooth problem too.

Brush your teeth with Vicco Vajradhanti toothpaste and immediately the pain will vanish. If you cannot get Vicco Vajradhanti toothpaste where you live then just put two drops of clove oil on top of the normal toothpaste you use on the brush and start brushing your teeth.

Do you like pain?

It's not like the problem is going to go away by itself.

Make the appointment now, before the pain is so bad it's an emergency.

If it hurts when you eat something sweet like ice cream or when you drink something hot like coffee or cool like water, you've got a cavity
