Well, the guy that was driving their car is in big trouble, so I bet Toyota isn't happy about it.
I don't see why it would affect the ratings or ticket sales. Most people watch for the racing, not the Lowe's and Dollar General billboards.

no it will not hurt the ratings.........in fact i think it will help ratings.
not only do we have
chevy
ford
dodge
we now have toyota.
that means that many more fans in nascar.
i am sure nascar is looking at it as a merchandise asset.
after all it is a billion dollar a year indusrty that has slipped in the ratings the past couple of years.
we add a foreign car to the field,we add 1million more fans.
better ratings,more ticket sales,more licensed nascar products.
we no longer have the good ol' country boy in nascar,we now have the preppy do good "richer" folk.

Nothing can making watching a race worse then NBC's sh!tty coverage and excessive commercials. Toyota is more American then any of the big 3.

Don't you remember what America really stands for,Freedom,Liberty and Justice for all,not just who some people think deserve it.FOR ALL.
I not a fan of Toyota,But if they think I;m worried about them beating Chevy ,Ford and Dodge I'm not.
