Once again, cleaning up the spelling, it reads:
"Envíame una foto--tú primera."

And in English:
"Send me a photo--you first." or "Send me a photo of you first" if I'm a little more liberal with it.

Fixing spelling: Enviame una foto, tu primero.
Primero in this case is an adverb. Adverbs have no gender.

Literal translation: Send me a picture, you first. or better: you first, send me a pic.
