Eating out. Or breakfast is always good to make at home, even at night. Canned soup. Hot sandwiches, like ham & cheese grill, a tuna melt is good.

One way to avoid having left overs is cooking in small pans and dippers. That's the only way that I can do it. I come from a big family so when I moved out and just had to cook for myself, I was stuck eating the same thing for a few days. I usually go out and buy them stuffed chicken breasts, they come two in a box. Usually garlic butter, or brocoli and cheese. While my chicken is cooking, I'll steam my vegetables, and I'll microwave a cup of rice. Most times, I'm left with some left overs, not very much. I have that about once a week.
I bought a really small casserole dish that I use as well. I'll chop up a chicken breast cook that in a pan, add my garlic, and pepper. I usually use half of the chopped up chicken breast that’s cooked, and place it in the casserole dish with my steamed veggies. I mix a bit of Cream of chicken or Campbell’s mushroom soup with some milk, and I'll drizzle it over the chicken and veggies. Then I add my cheese on top, put it in the oven to heat up, and melt the cheese, while that’s' cooking, I usually make my whole wheat pasta which cooks in 8 minutes, once its all done place the yummy chicken and creamy sauce on top of the pasta.
I hope that made sense, Good luck,
-.-‘
