It was hell.. The goverment told us if we didn't win there, that there would be terriable gloabal effect. Where have you heard that crap, and about which country??? Can you say Bush and Iraq????

I was in the 101st, but in the Central Highlands and at Phan Rang! Only the 1st Brigade detached was in Vietnam at the time!

I guess your dad missed Hamburger Hill! Now that is the genius of the military mind and the way troops are treated!

Was in 'Nam 1-69 to 1-70. I was based in Tay Ninh, never been to Nui Kai though
