What does it mean when guys tell you that they are watching you?

There is three guys at my school that always come up to me and say im watching you and it kind of freaks me out so i usaully walk away and my friends say they like me but two of them have girlfriends but they sit with me and talk to me but it just kind of creeps me out when they tell me that what do i do?
